A wine shop has been opened in the cellar beneath Pavlov's town hall, thanks to the Vinitores Palaviensis club of local winemakers, a generous contribution from the village of Pavlov, and co-financing from the EU's PHARE CBC fund for cross-border cooperation under a project entitled "Wine shops as a marketing centre for wine and tourist services". In 2004, with the support of the CR Viticulture Fund, an sign was put up to help visitors find the shop, promotional brochures for Pavlov's viticulture and wine shops were produced, and outdoor seating was built in front of the wine shop. The shop opened for the local Wine Exhibition in April 2004.

In the wine archive beneath its stone vaults, you can sit down and taste wine from fifteen producers in Pavlov and the vicinity. You will find a very diverse selection of wines, from light quality and cabinet wines, to late harvest and selections, and ice and straw wines. The palate of varieties is typical for the Palava region - Welsh Reisling, Grüner Veltliner, and Müller-Thurgau are predominant; then Pálava, Aurelius, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Rhine Reisling, Moravian Muscat, and others. Red varieties include St. Laurent, Blaufränkisch, André, Zweigeltrebe, Pinot Noir, and Blauer Portugieser. You will also find less common varieties such as Sylvaner. Wines from the area of the Pálava are highly respected and sought after by wine lovers for their original fruity freshness, their aroma, and spiciness. At the vinotéka you will also find several samples of Austrian wines, presented here through project EUREGIO - International Vinotheque.

The wine shop also serves as Pavlov's information centre.
