Route description
The route is part of the Moravian Wine Trails system; this segment leads through the Mikulov wine-making region. The route leads along former military signal roads and 3rd class roads, is easily negotiable, relatively long, not demanding, suitable for road and trekking bikes. Almost all of the route corresponds with some other standard marked bicycle route; thus it is marked independently or together with the markings for other routes. Markers provide additional information about services or other points of interest.

Route description
This local circuit passing below the Pálava Hills leads along improved forest trails from Lednice to Bulhary, and along the dikes on the River Dyje. The segment Buhary-Sedlec leads mostly along an unfrequented 3rd-class road (and field trail as you approach Mikulov). The segment Valtice-Lednice follows unpaved field and forest roads. The route is moderately difficult, suitable for road and trekking bikes. The trail is marked only on the segments it shares with routes no. 41 and 411. Trail routes:

Route description
The route leads over level terrain below the Pálava Hills on asphalt surfaces (1st, 2nd, and 3rd class roads), other paved surfaces, and field trails. The route is well passable, moderately long, not demanding, suitable for road and trekking bikes. It is marked in common with bicycle route "Around Merkur Campground". Trail routes:
